How is a dream board different than a vision board?
Ever want to achieve goals and feel fulfilled instead of completing those goals only to move on to the next thing? I can help.
Dream boards allow our heart and intuition to be seen and heard, allowing ego and control to rest. Before the process we talk about the different ways to remove the images and how it may impact the way a person feels. Example, tearing versus cutting a page. Someone that is uncomfortable with the sound and feel of tearing, they will continue to follow the instructions given while their mind and possibly their body will spiral on "what they just did". To someone that it does not bother, this will not make sense and may wonder "what's the big deal or why can they not get over themselves?" It is personal in both situations. Neither way is wrong. It is part of recognizing and respecting our own boundaries. Photographs of oneself when they were younger are acceptable. It is not about wishing for the past. It's about receiving the emotional fulfillment back into ones life. Example, going dancing or clubbing when younger and now years later vertigo is now a challenge, a fear even that has settled in. Putting images of yourself getting ready to go out, dancing, dressed up or pictures of others dancing on your board may be something that is important to you.
